Lavish Cincinnati Cancellation Policy

The Lavish Cincinnati Cancellation Policy is designed to meet the busy schedule of our customers. We know things come up and priorities are always being balanced. Please follow the below guidelines in the unfortunate event your appointment needs to be rescheduled. We’ve made a downloadable version for your convenience below and include additional information below that.

In order to protect our artist’s time as well as your own, we require a card to be on file as well as a non-refundable deposit for the following amounts in order to hold your appointment with Lavish Cincinnati:

  • Microblading/permanent makeup ($100)
  • Lash extension full sets ($50)

We understand that things come up, though.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason, no problem!

Please give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. And don’t worry – we still will send an appointment reminder via text as well as email 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to help make sure you remember to double check your calendars as we do not make exceptions to the following policies:

If you are unable to cancel within these guidelines, you will be responsible for 50% of the services you were scheduled for.

SAME DAY AND NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% of scheduled service.
