What Is It, Exactly?

What's Your Lash Lift & Tint Process Like?
Below is the start to finish lash lift and tint process:
Preperation
Our lash artist cleanses your lashes to remove all makeup, oils, and dirt, then places protective pads under your eyes and a silicone shield on your eyelid
Bonding & Lifting
Lashes are brushed and adhered upward onto the silicone rod to set the desired curl shape with a water soluble balm. A lifting solution is applied to relax and reshape the lash structure.
Setting
A setting solution is applied to lock in the new curl, often after the lifting solution is removed.
Tinting
A custom-blended dye is applied to darken the lashes, making them appear fuller and more defined.
Nourishing & Finishing
Elleplex aftercare serum is applied to condition the lashes, followed by a final brush-out to separate them.
How Long Do The Results Last?
You can expect your service to last 6-8 weeks with the actual tint portion of the service to last 4-6 weeks. That being said, results vary based on aftercare, individual lash growth cycles, and lifestyle factors like oiliness or heat exposure. Proper care, especially avoiding water and steam for the first 24-48 hours, is crucial for maximizing longevity, with touch-ups being necessary starting for some around the 6-week mark but can vary. Weeks 1-2: Peak results with the darkest tint and strongest curl.
Weeks 3-4: Tint starts to fade, and the curl may soften slightly.
Weeks 5-6: Tint is significantly faded, and the curl becomes less noticeable as new lashes grow in.
Weeks 7-8: Lifted lashes shed, and it’s time for another session, as new, untinted lashes appear.

Does A Lash Lift & Tint Hurt?
No. Unlike our permanent makeup services, our clients have yet to report any discomfort with the lash lift and tint service.
Can I Still Use Mascara Or My Lash Curler?
While you can wear mascara only after 24 hours has elapsed since your appointment, you should not wear waterproof mascara. You need to use oil-based products to remove any waterproof mascara applied. It’s these same oil-based products that will relax the curl thus degrading the final result – hence why we recommend against using it.
As for your lash curler, we also recommend against it as they can create tension and can cause breakage especially on lifted lashes.
